My purpose as a trainer is to help others achieve their fitness goals, create a healthy lifestyle, and build confidence along the way. Fitness and health are not only about feeling good, but increasing the longevity and quality of your life. Healthy living is holistic. I stand by my passion for fitness and helping others adopt the same mindset. If I can help one person change their life for the better, I will have accomplished the work I was set out to do.
My services included personal boxing sessions as well as functional training, focusing on specific muscle groups and cardio.
Group style training is also available focusing on more of an athletic style training. Including, speed, agility, endurance and strength.
